Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your pieces and never need to send them back. And if you do, we make it easy.
Right of withdrawal
You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, in full or in part. Exchanges and returns are not accepted on personalised products or on pieces bought with a discount or in the sales.
How to return

Write to us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the piece you want to return.

Pack the piece unused, with its labels and original packaging (or an equivalent one), and include a copy of the invoice.

Send it to our returns address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty.

Once we receive it and check its condition, we refund you the amount (minus the original shipping) within a maximum of 15 days.
Exchanges
You can exchange a piece for another of the same value or higher, paying the difference. Write to us with your order number, the piece you want to change and the one you want instead.
