Shipping and delivery times
We love you to get your pieces as soon as possible. We send out on Mondays and Thursdays.
We group orders into two runs a week, Mondays and Thursdays, rather than sending them one at a time. A little slower, fewer journeys.
Zones and delivery times
- Mainland Spain and the Balearics
- DHL, Correos Express, Correos or GLS depending on the destination.
- 3–5 working days
- Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla
- Registered post. The cost depends on weight and volume; it is calculated in the basket.
- 6–10 working days
- Europe
- Tracked postal service.
- 5–10 days
- Rest of the world
- Duties and customs charges in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Tracking
We send you an email with the tracking number when your order leaves our premises. Two delivery attempts are made; after that the parcel waits at the office closest to your address.
Busy dates
At Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday and similar campaigns, delivery times can stretch. If your parcel takes more than two weeks, write to us and we will chase it up.
